My name is Rich Mariner I live in Tallahassee, Florida and develop Intranet and Internet sites. I received Certification from Florida State University as a Webmaster and I'm also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

I've developed websites in everything from Homesite, FrontPage, Dreamweaver and now Expression Web Designer. They are all very good tools.
